Snowballs are the perfect treat to take with you on a picnic or if you have a hankering for a dose of chocolate heaven. I made these and you can too with the recipe below, celebrity master chef here I come...

Ingredients:
150g good quality dark chocolate, 150ml thick double cream,25g unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons of rum or brandy, Desiccated coconut or chopped nuts.Melt Chocolate and add cream, butter and rum.
Put mixture in freezer for 1-2 hours (or until firm). Then with a cold spoon and your hands make balls and roll in desiccated coconut or nuts and put back into he fridge to set overnight.
